At Scriptify Inc., we understand that every business is unique and our customers may have different needs. That’s why we offer a flexible policy for our paid plans. Our customers can cancel their recurring plan at any time, directly by sending us a support request from their accounts.
However, for refund requests, we will review them on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request a refund, please contact our support team at support@scriptify.ai within 30 days of your initial purchase with your purchase details.
Our team will review your request and will process the refund, if approved, within 7-10 business days of receipt of the refund request. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
It’s important to note that our refund policy applies only to the last month's payment of a monthly or yearly plan and does not apply to past payments. Additionally, refunds will not be issued for any usage of the paid plan during the refund period.
